If something is not right, we want to hear about it so we can put it right.
Our services are not yet operational. We do not currently care for any children. As our services progress towards registration, we will publish our complaints procedures, including accessible versions for children, families and professionals.

Concerns about a child
If you are worried about a child, please do not use this page. Contact your local authority children’s social care service, call the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000 or, if a child is in immediate danger, call 999. See safeguarding.
